High performance products need a robust Quality System.
In order to guarantee and protect the interests of the customer as a trading partner finally to enhance the customer’s satisfaction, ATV operates a comprehensive and stringent Total Quality System according to API Specification Q1 (9th Edition) and ISO 9001:2015 by applying efficient and effective processes within the organization.
Furthermore, the Quality System is designed specifically to stimulate all staff members to assume an “active role” with regard to Quality, based on constant attention to any possible improvements during the course of the organization’s processes.
ATV Quality System is verified and approved by all major oil and gas companies, EPC contractors and certification authorities.
A highly skilled and trained QC team, supervised by Level III engineer, carries out ATV Quality Control activities. The NDE inspectors are qualified to ASNT SNT-TC-1A and UNI EN ISO 9712:2012 standards.
The procurement process is based on a sophisticated Vendor Quality Management System with stringent qualification process and frequent Suppliers evaluation.

- Products SIL certification to IEC 61508-2:2010 and IEC 61511-1:2016 (Side Entry Ball Valve, Top Entry Ball Valves, Slab Gate Valves, Axial Valves, Rotary Gate Valves, Hydraulic Actuators and Pneumatic Actuators).
